Booking terms and conditions
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract between us and finalisation of your reservation is on payment of a 50% deposit. We will provisionally hold a room for you until the deposit is received.
If you are unable to take up your booking, we require a minimum notice of two weeks for your deposit to be refundable. If you give notice so late that we stand no reasonable chance of re-letting the room, you may be additionally liable for the balance of the agreed cost, depending on the circumstances. A no-show with no notification will render you liable for loss of the deposit and the balance of the agreed cost.
However, we will use every endeavour to re-let and you will usually be responsible only for your loss of deposit. We would recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover any costs.
Please keep in touch concerning your arrival time. We would appreciate an indication of arrival time when you make the booking but please let us know no later than 7pm on the day of arrival (unless otherwise arranged) if you are going to be late.
